Format
Three days at Taurus Mountains Farm. Five participants at most.
Your case
Every participant brings a real transformation: their own. No spectators. No generic cases. No long lectures.
The room
Each case gets its clinic: your situation, four peers with comparable responsibility, and direct challenge from someone who has led transformation at scale.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed stays in the room. Every participant signs the same confidentiality agreement. No two participants from competing companies.
Before and after
Before the program: a 60-minute individual call to choose the case you bring. After it: a 60–90 minute follow-up, four to six weeks later, when your plan has met reality.
Fee
€15,000 per participant, excl. VAT. This includes the preparation call, three days on the farm, accommodation and meals, all working materials, and the follow-up. Travel to Antalya is not included.

Who leads the programs
Dr. Cetin Nazikkol is the founder of cena impact. Before that, he spent 28 years at thyssenkrupp, most recently as Group CTO and Executive Board Member of the Decarbon Technologies business segment, where he led one of the largest transformation programs in Europe. He is the author of 77 Ways to Kill a Transformation and has taught MBA students for more than ten years. He teaches what he has led.
