First, we understand. Then, we shape the work.
Every engagement begins the same way: with your situation, not with our solution.
Where does the company stand? What is the challenge — and what is really getting in the way? What has been tried, and what happened to it? What needs to be true for the change to hold?
Only when we understand this do we propose a path.
The path is different every time — your situation defines it. What stays the same is the foundation: our method, distilled from three decades of leading transformation. Calm → Clarity → Momentum.
— T H E W O R K I N G P R I N C I P L E
You lead it. We help you make it work.
The leaders and teams carrying the transformation remain responsible for it. We do not take the programme off their hands.
cena impact is deliberately not built on the traditional consulting leverage model — it is founder-led by design: no partner who sells and a project team who delivers. The experience you engage is the experience in the room, from the first conversation to the last.
The working team is not one we bring. It is yours. The analysis, the thinking and the decisions are developed with the people who own the business — because they know it better than any external team ever will, and because they are the ones who have to carry the result.
This model is not a limitation. It is where the value sits — three times over:
-
Your organisation learns to do this.
The capability to analyse, decide and drive change is built where it belongs: inside. It stays when we leave.
-
Acceptance is built in, not managed afterwards.
People carry what they help shape. When your team is part of developing the answers, adoption is not a communication challenge at the end — it has been happening all along.
-
And it changes what you pay for.
No army of consultants producing decks about your business. One experienced partner, your team doing the real work — and the budget going into capability that stays, not capacity that leaves.

What the work can look like.
Advisory — A standing, confidential sparring relationship — typically with a CEO, board member or transformation leader. Regular one-on-one sessions, plus availability when situations demand it. For the decisions, dynamics and moments you cannot discuss inside the organisation. What is said here stays here — that is the condition that makes it useful.
Executive Coaching — One on one, over months, in a fixed rhythm — focused on how you lead when strategy meets people, with your real situations as the material.
Workshops — Focused working sessions — typically one to two days with the leadership team or a key group: shared understanding of the real problem, and the few priorities that matter.
Leadership Offsites — Two to four days, designed and facilitated end to end — for realignment, a team finding its footing, the honest conversation postponed for a year. A different setting makes possible what the office does not.
Facilitation — For the moments that matter — a board alignment, a critical decision, a difficult conversation. The people in the room own the outcome; we hold the room so they can do the thinking.
Team Coaching & Mentoring — Closer involvement over a defined stretch — close enough to see what is actually happening, direct enough to name it, always transferring capability as we go.

How an engagement starts — whatever the format.
-
A conversation.
No standard diagnostic, no sales deck. We listen first: what you are trying to achieve, what is happening, what may be standing between the two. Then we propose what we think you need — and what a first step could look like. You decide.
-
A small, deliberate start.
We begin in a defined setting — a workshop, an offsite, a first advisory or coaching stretch: understanding your organisation from the inside, testing what works in your context, learning what will be needed next.
-
Then we grow it together.
A pilot that rolls out across the organisation, carried by evidence from your own people. Or a coaching stretch that becomes a sustained working relationship over months and years. Either way, the decision is taken together. We take few mandates, deliberately — depth over breadth.
— T H E I M PA C T
Impact is in our name — because it is how we measure ourselves.
We have seen, too often, what failed transformation costs: strategies that never became reality, capital destroyed, careers ended. And we have seen how much an organisation can achieve when it is done right. That is why we named ourselves impact — and it is what we let ourselves be measured by.
The point is not a good workshop, a good conversation or a good plan. The point is what becomes different in the organisation:
-
Readiness and engagement grow.
People stop waiting the change out and start carrying it — problems surface sooner, and ownership spreads beyond the usual few.
-
Clarity and alignment spread.
Priorities become clearer, and fewer. Difficult conversations happen in the meeting, not after it — and people act on one picture instead of many private versions.
-
Real momentum builds.
Decisions hold — and get implemented. Initiatives are carried instead of pushed, and less energy is lost in rework, renegotiation and friction.
And that is where it leads: to the change your strategy was aiming for all along — visible in the organisation first, and then where it counts: in the financial results the company set out to achieve.
— W H E R E T H E W O R K H A P P E N S
The setting is part of the work. So we choose it deliberately.
— Online — For continuity and rhythm: the steady work between the bigger moments.
— On-site — Inside your organisation, in the real context where the change has to land.
— Off-site — Wherever distance serves the work. And for the deepest work, at a place of our own — Taurus Mountains Farm, our working organic farm in Antalya, Türkiye: the deliberate opposite of the environments where transformations are usually discussed. Our experience with teams on the farm has shown us: the deepest personal and team transformations happen when people step fully out of their everyday. Not a retreat from the work. A place to do the work.
— W H AT M A K E S U S D I F F E R E N T
We build capability, not dependency.
The engagement is direct and finite. As capability grows inside your organisation, our involvement reduces.
Because our measure is not whether your organisation can continue working with us. It is whether it can continue without us.
