What we have learned about transformation should not only be available to our clients.
Here we share white papers and tools you can put to work:
free, and without a sales conversation attached.
Everything on this page has passed one test.
A leader can apply it on Monday morning.

Why Culture Doesn’t Hold
The Culture Formation Loop: what it costs to hold a culture, and what it builds.
Most leaders want a better culture. Remarkably few build one that holds. This paper gives two reasons.
The first is the place. Almost all culture work lands on what a leader can see and measure: beliefs, behaviors, results. But culture is made elsewhere, in the consequences that follow, what people experience, and the lessons they draw.
The second is the price. The right consequence costs something, usually at the top and at the worst possible moment.
The paper introduces the Culture Formation Loop and the deliberate consequence: chosen, paid, held and explained. It closes with where to start in an ordinary week.
The half you can measure is not the half that makes it hold.

Transformation Readiness Assessment
A first check against the 77 ways a transformation dies.
The assessment is based on the book »77 Ways to Kill a Transformation — And How to Prevent Each.«
18 questions across Calm, Clarity and Momentum show where your transformation is most at risk, and which killers may already be at work.
You receive your pattern profile, quick wins for this week and a 90-day roadmap as a PDF.
This is the baseline version. On request, we apply the full diagnostic to your organization.
Self-assessment · 18 questions · approx. 10 minutes · online · Your answers stay with you.

The Consequence Audit
What your organization has actually learned.
Look at your last three promotions and your last three escalations.
Don’t ask what you intended. Ask what people experienced, and what the room concluded.
The audit turns that into a structured check you can run on your own unit before you ask anyone else.
-
The Diagnostic Questions
Where culture is made in your organization.
A set of questions for you or your leadership team.
They look past the stations you can measure, beliefs, behaviors and results, to the ones that make culture: consequences, experiences and the lessons people draw.
-
The Culture Workshop Design
Including the moderation traps.
A design for a first culture session with a leadership team, together with the traps that most often derail it.
One condition comes before the date is set: someone in the room must be able to change promotions, budgets or targets. Otherwise the workshop teaches the opposite of what it intends.

// Next StepA diagnosis is a start, not an answer.
Papers and tools can show you where to look. They cannot change what your organization has learned. If what you find here raises questions about your own situation, the first conversation is exactly that: a conversation.
