Tailored Engagements

Built around the work that is actually in front of you.

Your situation determines the format. We may work with one leader, a leadership team or a wider group — for one critical moment or over a longer period.

    One-to-one support over time, focused on how you lead when strategy meets people — under pressure, through difficult decisions and in shaping culture.

  • Workshops

    Focused working sessions with leadership teams or key groups. For creating shared understanding, making the important choices and aligning around the few priorities that matter.

  • Leadership Offsites

    Two to four days away from the usual setting — for realignment, difficult conversations, strategic choices and teams that need to find their footing again.

    For moments that matter: a board alignment, a critical decision, a difficult conversation or a team that is stuck.

    Closer involvement with a leadership team over a defined period — focused on seeing what is really happening and strengthening the team’s own capability as the work unfolds.

// HOW THE PROGRAMS WORK

Three days. Up to five leaders. Real transformation challenges.

  • Your case

    Every participant brings a real transformation challenge from their own area of responsibility.

  • The group

    Up to five leaders work intensively on their cases — with focused time, direct challenge and the perspective of the group.

  • The context

    The programs can bring together leaders working on different challenges within the same organisational context. Where that is useful, the work also makes visible how those challenges connect.

  • The place

    Three intensive days at Taurus Mountains Farm near Antalya — away from the usual setting, close to the work that matters.

  • Before and after

    Before the program, each participant prepares and frames the case they bring, including a 60-minute individual call. Four to six weeks after the program, a 60–90 minute follow-up looks at what happened when the work met reality.

  • Dedicated cohorts can also be created around one organisation’s transformation context.
